Full Maintenance

Mowing on a weekly basis in the growing season, pruning of shrubs, especially to formal shapes, keeping beds weeded, leaf clean-up—you know—the regular stuff. Winter visits for debris, pruning, etc. This is for those who wish to do little more than make sure the irrigation system is turned on and they may tend to the possibly more personable vegetables, flowers, or perennial gardens. This is designed to be a total maintenance program for your lawn and landscape.

Mulching of beds is always recommended. Each spring and possibly fall is ideal for mulching. Your landscape will look fresh and manicured. Also it is probably the best weed control for in the beds. As the mulch breaks down, the soil is improved by these added nutrients.

Annual flowers can be part of this program and scheduled for planting when it is time. Or we will schedule a phone call to you to make a seasonal color plan. Flowers can be planted at almost any time of the year. The seasonal addition of flowers to the landscape will ensure the most attractive landscape.

Ryegrass is used by many clients for a year ‘round green lawn. For the Organic Program client, this is a great weed control for winter weeds. This will be best scheduled between September 15 and October 15. We can call when this needs to done.

We will take care of all these items automatically or just keep a basic maintenance program going and invoice you once a month. Knowing that your landscape is getting the care it needs, to look its best, is important to us. In addition, we can automatically invoice your credit card on the 20th of each month so you receive only a receipt for that month of services!
